Here at ASHS, we take pride in the work we do, and maintaining our satisfied customers. We have been in business for over 4 years and have 10+ Years of experience in the construction industry. The owner Jacob Darnell was a contractor in Illinois when he decided to pack up the company and move down to Florida this past January. He is looking forward to meeting this community and helping it in the best ways he can. How to protect yourself from scammers

Anytime you have a project that you want completed professionally, it can become hard to do, or difficult to deal with. Especially when dealing with a stranger in your home. Here at ASHS we try to avoid that stranger experience by making you feel comfortable. The first thing you should ask for when any company is operating on your home, is their License Number. Most of the time it is posted publicly; ours is at the bottom of this website! Once you have their license number, you’ll need a Certificate of Insurance, also known as a COI. This is the most crucial step in this whole process for the customer. In order for your home to be protected, you need a copy of the COI, which will be specifically made for you and your home ONLY. Your name, address, and the severity of their insurance will be listed. The important part of this COI is the General Liability, which covers injuries and the well being of your home. Umbrella insurance is a plus as it covers high prides homes and expenses up to $2,000,000.00
